Mumbai: Tamil superstar Dhanush unveiled the trailer of his upcoming film – ‘VIP 2’ / ‘Velai Illa Pattadhaari 2’ – Sunday. The film happens to be the second instalment of the ‘Kolaveri’ hit-maker and it also stars Bollywood superstar Kajol.
From the trailer it is apparent that the evergreen beauty of Hindi cinema is the main antagonist in the film. She plays Vasundhara, a corporate czar while Dhanush essays a character named Raghuvaran - a common man.

Kajol made her debut in Tamil cinema almost 20 years ago with Aravind Swami and Prabhudheva starrer ‘Minsara Kanavu’. This is her Tamil comeback venture and hence extremely special.
Directed by Soundarya Rajinikanth, the film also stars Amala Paul and is slated to release on July 28.
