Syed Anis Nizami is a descendant and Incharge of Dargah Sharif who belongs to the “Nizami Sufi Family” of Hazrat Nizamuddin Aulia, who was a great Sufi saint of Chishty order and one of the most famous sufis of the Indian subcontinent, whose lineage goes back all the way to the holy prophet of Islam.

Syed Anis Nizami runs a free kitchen at the shrine of Hazrat Nizamuddin aulia by the name of “Nizami Langar Khana” for the downtrodden and visitors where people from any religion and caste can have free vegetarian and non vegetarian food at Dargah Sharif.
He is also involved in other charity services which include free distribution of clothing, blankets, organising free medical camps for the needy and less fortunate people. He is a lawyer by profession and serviceman by heart who loves to serve distressed, weak and old people of all kind without any discrimination.

Hazrat Nizamuddin Aulia’s shrine is the international Sufi centre and epitome of love, peace and harmony spreading Sufi teachings worldwide. The shrine is visited by people around the world in large numbers everyday who visit to get the blessings of the saint and pay their respect and homage. The followers of the saint are located worldwide and the daily affairs of the shrine are run by his family from last 700 years as they are the descendants of the holy saint.
