Zimbabwean officials have dismissed speculation about President Robert Mugabe's health after the elderly leader stumbled in public.

Harare: Zimbabwean officials have dismissed speculation about President Robert Mugabe's health after the elderly leader stumbled in public.

Opposition spokesman Obert Gutu said it is a sign that Mugabe is too old to rule.
