New Delhi: Nine-day Navratri festival kicked-off on Friday.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who keeps fast on all Navratri days, will be surviving just on water for the next few days.
It may be remembered that PM Modi currently is touring different states where election campaigning is on in full swing.
On the first day of the Navratri festival, PM Modi today offered prayers at the Kamakhya Temple near Guwahati in Assam.
He will be addressing rallies in the state today.
