'Will Leave No Stone Unturned...': PM Modi Vows To Punish Those Behind Terror Attacks, Assures Permanent Peace In J&K

On the increasing terror attacks in J&K, Modi asserted that the central government is taking the matter very seriously and the enemies of Jammu and Kashmir will be given an appropriate reply. The Prime Minister added that the demolished wall of Article 370 has ensured that the benefit of the Indian Constitution is extended to Jammu and Kashmir. 

Modi also applauded the youth for their increased participation in the recently concluded Lok Sabha Elections and claimed that they have marked the victory of democracy.  "Today the Indian Constitution has truly been implemented in Jammu and Kashmir," PM Modi added, and he assured that a permanent peace will be established in the region soon.

He added, "the latest terror attacks have been taken extremely seriously by the Centre. In a meeting, the home minister went over the entire system. I want to assure that we will leave no stone unturned to punish the enemies of Jammu and Kashmir."

Modi praised people of Kashmir for taking part in recent elections and breaking all records of pervious polling records of Jammu and Kashmir “ I wanted to thank the people of Jammu and Kashmir for huge turnout in recent Lok Sabha polls” Modi said , he criticized opposition by saying that “ if opposition too would have praised the people of Kashmir for massive participation in democratic process I would have more happy, but they did nothing like that” 

PM repeating the lines of Atal Bihari Vajpayee said we are on “Atal Path” and are working on “ Insaniyat, Jhamuriyat and Kashmiriyat” he said we will work to bridge the divides both emotionally and geographically Modi in an Emotional way said “Duri Dil ke rahe hou ya Delhi ke, we are trying our best to bridge the gap. 

Backing the decision of abrogation of article 370 Modi said, “In true sense, the growth which India is seeing is now being seen in Jammu Kashmir as now there is no wall of Article 370.” In real sense constitution of India is implemented in Jammu Kashmir. He said after G20 summit meeting happened here Jammu Kashmir has gone to global map and across globe people praise the hospitality of Kashmir and it makes me happy. 

Modi attributed the change and growth of Jammu and Kashmir to last 10 years NDA government policies. He said “ when Lal Chowk is opened till late night and people enjoy pictures in cinema hall, we feel proud, PM added Jammu Kashmir is growing in every sector , tourism had set new records, and yoga event will attract more tourists to this place and tourism provide employment, Modi said. Adding he said thousands of kilometers highways expressway are made here and Kashmir is getting connected soon through rail to country, we have highest railway bridge on chinab river and when rail moves on it, it gives a proud feeling” PM said be it agriculture, tourism or sports Jammu Kashmir is flourishing everywhere, he said Jammu Kashmir is having tremendous talent in sports and soon we will have international events here as we are building best infrastructure”. 

Modi ended his speech with a strong message to neighboring country “ the enemy of peace and prosperity is trying to stop the development process, the recent attacks are taken seriously by central government, Home Minister in a meeting has discussed thoroughly the situation and nobody will be spared who want to destroy the peace process in Jammu Kashmir” PM Modi said

On June 21 in the evening (6:30 p.m.), the Prime Minister will join the 10th International Day of Yoga event at SKICC in Srinagar on the banks of Dal Lake. He will address the audience and participate in the CYP Yoga session following his speech.
