Tripura bypolls results 2022: Couting of votes was completed in Tripura bypolls in four Assembly constituencies on Sunday (June 26). BJP won 3 out of 4 constituencies and Congress bagged one. Chief Minister and BJP candidate Manik Saha won in Town Bordowali. Meanwhile, in Agartala constituency, Sudip Roy Barman of the Congress won. The BJP's Swapna Das won in Surma, and BJP's Smt. Malina Debnath won from Jubarajnagar constituency, 

Voting for the Tripura bypolls in four Assembly constituencies took place on Thursday (June 23). Out of 1,89,032 people, over 78.58 per cent of them cast their votes amid incidents of violence. 

Tripura bypolls results were announced today (June 26) for the by-elections to Agartala, Town Bordowali, Surma, and Jubarajnagar Assembly constituencies. BJP won 3 out of the 4 seats.

Sudip Roy Barman, who came out of the BJP, saved the face of the Congress by winning the Agartala seat. The minister in Biplab Deb's cabinet returned to his old party after a rift with the chief minister. He was the Congress' bet in the by-election. However, the BJP won the remaining three seats.

Tripura Bypolls Town Bordawali: Winner Manik Saha got 18,870 votes

The results of by-elections to four assembly constituencies in Tripura were announced on Sunday. This is the first time Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha has contested the polls and won. Manik got 16,870 votes from Baradwali constituency. Two-time Congress MLA Ashish Saha got 10,930 votes.
