London: British designer Stella McCartney has been named the patron of Designer for Tomorrow (DFT), a contest held as a part of Berlin Fashion Week.
The competition first started in 2009.
"I`m looking forward to supporting the young fashion talents and I`m curious about all the applications and the potential that we can expect," femalefirst.co.uk quoted McCartney as saying.
Before her, designer Marc Jacobs played the role.
